PRIVACY & TRUST
This policy explains how Anvers Arena collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you create an account or use our services.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Scope and who we are
Anvers Arena provides an online competitive trading and game-style platform. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, account system, support channels, and related services. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anvers Arena.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the service and may include:
Account and identity data, such as your name, email address, profile image, username, and unique account or provider identifiers.
Authentication and security data, such as login times, session information, IP address, browser or device details, and security events.
Service activity, such as profile settings, competition or gameplay activity, transaction references, rewards, preferences, and interactions with features.
Communications and support data, including messages you send to us and information you provide when requesting help or account deletion.
Technical and usage data, such as pages viewed, feature interactions, error logs, diagnostics, cookies, and similar technologies used to operate and improve the service.
3. Google Sign-In and ZITADEL
You may sign in using Google. Google provides the basic account information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password. We use ZITADEL as our identity and access management provider to create and secure sessions, issue authentication tokens, manage account access, and support security features. Google and ZITADEL process information under their own privacy terms. We request only the information needed to authenticate you and operate your account.
4. Why we use your information
Create, authenticate, and administer your account.
Provide competitions, rewards, account features, support, and service communications.
Protect users and the service, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, and investigate security incidents.
Monitor performance, fix errors, understand feature usage, and improve the service.
Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and compliance obligations where applicable.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We store information using service providers and technical safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. These measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, authentication tokens, monitoring, and backups. No online system is completely secure. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and legal requirement.
6. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us provide authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, customer support, and payment or reward administration. This includes Google and ZITADEL when you use their authentication services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. Providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform for us.
7. Your choices, rights, and deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To request account or data deletion, email us from the address associated with your account and include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will process valid requests within the period required by applicable law, subject to information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. You can also revoke Anvers Arena’s access through your Google account settings, but doing so does not automatically delete information already held by us.
8. Children and policy updates
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
