RULES OF THE ARENA
These terms govern your access to and use of Anvers Arena. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use Anvers Arena for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service. Additional feature, competition, reward, or promotional rules may apply and form part of these Terms when presented to you.
2. Account usage and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your account details current, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your device, authentication method, and recovery information. Do not share authentication tokens or allow another person to use your account. Notify us promptly at support@anversarena.com if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or another security issue. We may require identity or eligibility verification before enabling or restoring certain features.
3. The service, competitions, and rewards
Anvers Arena provides skill-based, game-style features and may display market-related information. Availability, formats, entry requirements, scoring, rewards, schedules, and eligibility may change. Results may depend on service rules, data sources, timing, and technical conditions. Information on the service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your participation is lawful and appropriate where you live and for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with rewards.
4. Prohibited activities
You may not use the service to:
Break any law, regulation, sanctions rule, third-party right, or competition restriction.
Create duplicate, false, automated, or shared accounts; impersonate others; or misrepresent identity or eligibility.
Cheat, collude, manipulate results, exploit pricing or timing errors, abuse promotions, or obtain an unfair advantage.
Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or technical protections.
Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content, or material that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Use the service for unauthorized commercial activity, money laundering, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct.
5. Third-party services
The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google Sign-In, ZITADEL, hosting, data, payment, analytics, support, and communication providers. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or decisions. Authorization through Google or ZITADEL does not make those providers responsible for Anvers Arena, and we are not responsible for your separate relationship with them.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice where permitted by law, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed users or the service, engaged in suspected fraud or abuse, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible. We may investigate activity, withhold disputed rewards while reviewing a matter, and preserve information as required for security or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The service, software, interface, graphics, branding, content, and related intellectual property are owned by Anvers Arena or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works except where the law expressly permits. If you submit feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, particular results, continued availability of any feature, accuracy of third-party data, or that defects will be corrected. Participation may involve risk, and past outcomes do not guarantee future results. You use the service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvers Arena and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, rewards, or business interruption arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Anvers Arena for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. Any mandatory consumer rights or dispute procedures in your jurisdiction remain available. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
